A beautiful lithography with double varnish to ensure long lasting in time and water proof properties with the representation of Saint Ioustinos Popovic. An artwork following the Athonian techniques to the letter created with love and patience. The creator applied the process of artificial ageing and added a handmade metal finish to give this icon unique aesthetic value.

The holy and pious Father Justin the Younger, from the Tseli Monastery (Monastery of the Holy Archangels) was born on March 25, 1894, at the dawn of the Annunciation in the town of Vranja in southern Serbia. His father was named Spyridon, known as Fr. Alexios, and his mother Anastasia. At the baptism he received the name Blagogie (Evangelos). His father's family was traditionally a priesthood and had given the Orthodox Church at least seven priests. This is also revealed by the surname Popovic (= Papadopoulos). From an early age, he often visited with his parents Saint Prochoros the Miracle Worker in the nearby Monastery of Psiniski where he saw with his own eyes the healing of his mother from a serious illness in 1929. From his pious mother he was taught the evangelical piety, the prayer and fasting.

Can be hung on a wall or placed on a flat surface.
