Very pleased with the quality of icon received, I have purchased other items from Europe and the time it took to arrive has been much less. Perhaps it was due to the holidays or the weather, and I was in no particular hurry to receive my order, and it definitely was worth the wait.
Simply stunning! I special ordered this icon for our church bookstore. When I unpacked it, the gold leaf made it gleam. This icon manages to be both powerful and delicate. Every detail is in place. Note the soldiers' encampment in the middle ground and the knot in the horse's tail. I will be reordering.
The box that this iconostasis I purchased for my wife was a little 'beat-up' when it arrived, but there was no damage to the iconostasis, and it is beautiful. We could not be happier with such a wonderful gift!

This is a wonderful icon. It combines the many facets of the Nativity story into a harmonious whole. I love to let my eyes pass across it, settling on one detail one day, and possibly a different one the next, as I ponder the inexhaustible mystery of the Incarnation during this Epiphany season.
