The Virgin Mary, also called Theotokos ("God-bearer"), conceived Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. She remained a virgin even after His birth, a sign of her holiness. Known as Panagia, or "All-Holy," she is honored with multiple feast days in the Orthodox Church:

1. **Nativity of the Theotokos** – September 8
2. **Presentation of the Theotokos** – November 21
3. **Annunciation to the Theotokos** – March 25
4. **Dormition of the Theotokos** – August 15
